On a pumpkin place your bum. Make an angel waving arms In the dung upon your farms. |
THE WORD FROM WINDYI break wind to you my brethren. The fall foliage changes color as dog waste changes from brown to white powder. The compost pile steams now in the early morning, and our butts feel the sting of the cold outhouse seat. The reek of feces does not travel as far as it did in the stench filled days of summer. Still, all is not lost in this season. Now is when our children carve pumpkins to be used as chamber-pots over the winter. So too, at this time the dung is spread thick upon the fields and the men fall upon the fields to "make angels" in the dung. This is harvest, and we are thankful for our blessings. Rev. F.
